You can now monitor applications running on PHP 8.4 and find vulnerable Composer packages in your PHP services with Atatus PHP agent v1.17.0. Upgrade the agent to keep PHP performance monitoring working as you move to the latest PHP release.

What's in v1.17.0
- PHP 8.4 support: The agent now supports PHP 8.4, so you can upgrade PHP without losing monitoring.
- Vulnerable packages: The agent reports the Composer packages your services load, and Application Security matches them to known CVEs and shows the version that fixes each one.
- Library catalog: See every Composer package in use with its version, license and the services that load it.
- Set status codes: Call atatus_set_status_code() to set a transaction's status code yourself when the default doesn't reflect the outcome.
- Symfony fix: Exceptions in Symfony applications are now captured and reported correctly.
